Managers Mental Health Awareness (1/2 Day Training)

£600+VAT (8 - 12 delegates)

Our half-day Mental Health Awareness course can delivered in person or online via Zoom.

This course qualifies participants as Mental Health Aware by giving an understanding of what mental health is, ways in which they can challenge the stigmas associated with mental health. Participants will learn the basics of some common mental health issues, and receive an introduction to opening conversations. Participants will leave confident in how to support someone in a state of distress.

Managing Mental Health in the Workplace (1/2 Day)
£600+VAT (8 - 12 delegates)

This course can be delivered in person or online via Zoom.

The aim of the session is to give participants a better level of understanding when it comes to effectively managing mental health within the workplace covering:

Burnt Chef Mental Level 4 Hospitality and Workplace Mental Health Management (12/14 months)

This training, which can be funded by the Pay Apprenticeship Levy, focuses on creating strong leaders who are also mental health trained.

In performance 1-3 you’ll learn how to perform under pressure and different strategies to optimize performance.

 

In performance 1 you’ll learn how to perform under pressure by using classical sports psychology techniques.

 

In performance 2 you’ll learn how to find your individual zone of optimal functioning and how to get in the zone.

 

In performance 3 a different approach to performance optimization is called mindfulness.
